- Friday, Sept. 27 - Reduced operations at the Hickory, Columbia and Asheville locations. There will be no face-to-face classes on campus. Employees should plan to work remotely. The Family Weekend schedule has changed with no events on Friday. Family Weekend check-in and registration has now moved to Saturday (no schedule changes for Saturday or Sunday). We are aware of internet and power outages affecting Columbia and parts of Hickory and the surrounding areas. This may cause difficulties for remote learning and some university services today. - Saturday, Sept. 28 - We expect to resume normal campus operations.
